Biometric disclosure
Timbre creates and stores voiceprints — mathematical representations of how a person sounds — to recognize them across meetings.
Voiceprints are biometric identifiers regulated by laws including Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, Washington biometric law, and the EU GDPR. By using Timbre, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from every person whose voice you capture.
